Can I apply for samples for SKRI series products?
Yes. Registered users can submit their requirements on the product details page or the "Sample Application" in the member center, indicating the model and quantity. Sample applications are usually reviewed within 1 working day, and will be sent out first after approval. The number of samples is subject to the specific rules of each model.
How to submit BOM order inquiry?
Upload the BOM file (Excel/CSV) on the BOM distribution page or paste the bill of materials directly, we will match and feed back the inventory, price and delivery time one by one, and usually reply to the distribution order result within 24 hours. BOM can also be sent to exclusive sales processing by email or phone.
How long is the delivery time of spot products?
Spot products are usually packaged and shipped within 48 hours after the order is confirmed, and domestic logistics is generally delivered in 2 to 5 days by region; overseas orders are sent through mainstream international express or freight forwarding channels, and the specific timeliness is subject to the destination.
